Arrival of Winter
Winter unwittingly chose the 6th of December to arrive. As snow poured down, winds blew and the temperature went below zero, those of us brave enough to defy the elements ventured out in front of the Riksdag with a sign calling for a referendum on the European Constitution. A few photographs were taken as people hurried past, several falling over as the grounds were laden with ice. Soon we too retreated into the warmth of a nearby café. But come next time, we will show the resolution of Sweden to hold a referendum!
