Das Democracy Camp ist Ihr fünftägiger interkultureller Austausch über Demokratie, Medien, Inklusion und Europa – und die Zusammenhänge zwischen ihnen. Treten Sie unserer Gemeinschaft von 65 jungen Menschen im Alter von 16 bis 26 Jahren aus Deutschland, der Schweiz, Belgien, Frankreich, Bulgarien, Rumänien, Kroatien, Österreich und der Ukraine bei.

Was genau bedeutet das?

Vom 3. Bis 7. September 2025 gehen wir zwei Leitfragen nach: Welche Beteiligungsinstrumente stehen mir zur Verfügung? Und wie kann ich diese Instrumente nutzen, um ein demokratisches und integratives Europa zu fördern?

Gemeinsam werden wir eine Vielzahl demokratischer Best Practices rund um Medien und Inklusion identifizieren. Wir erweitern unser Verständnis der politischen Ebenen von der Stadt bis zur Rolle der EU. Und wir fördern Kompetenzen, die für die politische Beteiligung und die Durchführung erfolgreicher Projekte in der Zukunft relevant sind.

Registrieren Sie sich hier, um Ihrer Landesdelegation beizutreten und die anderen 64 spannenden jungen Europäer vom 3. Bis 7. September in Österreich zu treffen. Bitte vergessen Sie nicht, Ihre Informationen zu Allergien, Essensvorlieben und allen anderen erforderlichen Informationen anzugeben, damit wir Ihren Aufenthalt bestmöglich vorbereiten können. Die Fragen mit einem Sternchen sind Pflichtfragen, alle anderen Fragen sind optional, helfen uns aber z. B. Zu erreichen. Ein ausgewogenes Geschlechterverhältnis innerhalb unserer Gruppe.

Wir können es kaum erwarten, fünf Tage voller Spaß, Austausch und Teilnahme zu erleben!

Accommodation at the Democracy Camp 2025

The Democracy Camp 2025 will take place in Austria, beginning with two days in Vienna, Europe’s Democracy Capital, where centuries-old imperial architecture stands alongside a thriving, modern cultural scene. On day three, we’ll head to Linz, home of Ars Electronica, Austria’s dynamic cultural and industrial hub, where historic charm meets innovation.

Vienna

In Vienna, we’ll be staying at 1070 Vienna Youth Hostel Myrthengasse, conveniently located in the city center near the Museum Quarter and Spittelberg. Many attractions and shopping areas are within walking distance, and public transportation options (subway, bus, tram) are easily accessible.
