Rafael Piñeiro

Rafael Piñeiro is Professor for Political Science at the Catholic University of Uruguay in Montevideo, Uruguay and President of the Uruguayan Association of Political Scientists.

Rafael Piñeiro was the co-host of the 2012 Global Forum on Modern Direct Democracy in Montevideo/Uruguay. He has researched and published extensively on democratic developments in Latin America and beyond.
