Dear supporters of Direct Democracy, We’re going full steam ahead now towards the 2018 Global Forum on Modern Direct Democracy from 26 until 29 September! But before welcoming you all in Rome, we wanted to inform you about some accommodation possibilities we have organized for our participants. The Global Forum consortium has concluded agreements with 5 different hotels in Rome that will offer rooms to our participants at a discounted price, if you book before 24 July. Below, please find the information on the hotels and on how to reserve with them. We’ve also prepared this handy map for you, where you can see the location of the hotels and the Forum venue.
HOTEL APHRODITE (www.hotelaphrodite.com) Hotel Aphrodite has agreed to provide business double rooms for single use at 120 euros per night and business double rooms for two people at 140 euro. To make use of this discount, just make a reservation through the hotel website, using the discount code ‘FORUM’. If you want to book a double room for two people, you will still have to book a ‘business double for single use’, but mention that a second person will be staying there in the comment section. Please note that the reservation is non-reimbursable.
HOTEL POLO (www.polohotel.it) Hotel Polo has agreed to offer double rooms for single use at 100 euro per night.
